Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Field Engagement & Partnerships Manager to expand and strengthen our presence across key retail and hospitality channels. This role is responsible for building, managing, and growing strategic partnerships with convenience stores (C-stores), hotels, casinos, and other high-traffic venues.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment and brings a strong blend of sales, account management, and partnership development experience. You will act as a key ambassador of the brand, driving both B2B growth and supporting direct-to-consumer (D2C) initiatives through partner channels.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development & Account Management

Identify, prospect, and onboard new partners across C-stores, hotels, casinos, and related channelsBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholdersDevelop tailored partnership strategies to maximize mutual value and revenue growthServe as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts

Field Engagement & Execution

Conduct regular in-person visits to partner locations to ensure strong engagement and brand presenceOversee product placement, merchandising, and promotional executionTrain partner staff on product offerings, compliance requirements, and sales techniquesGather field insights to inform marketing, product, and sales strategies

Sales & Revenue Growth

Drive sell-in and sell-through performance across partner accountsCollaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns and promotionsIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across product and service offeringsTrack performance metrics and optimize strategies to meet or exceed targets

Cross-Channel Strategy (B2B & D2C)

Support integration of D2C initiatives within partner locations where applicableAlign field activities with broader omnichannel strategiesProvide feedback on customer behavior, preferences, and market trends

Compliance & Industry Standards

Ensure all activities adhere to applicable tobacco regulations and company policiesEducate partners on compliance requirements and responsible retail practicesQualifications3–7+ years of experience in field sales, partnerships, or account managementExperience working with C-stores, hospitality, gaming, or retail environments strongly preferredBackground in regulated industries (e.g., tobacco, alcohol, cannabis) is a plusProven track record of building and growing strategic partnershipsStrong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skillsHighly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based roleWillingness to travel frequently within assigned territory
