What You’ll Be DoingSupport field operations on large-scale heavy civil and site development projectsAssist with layout, surveying, grade checking, and GPS machine control coordinationTrack production quantities, daily reports, and project progressCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal crewsHelp manage RFIs, submittals, as-builts, and project documentationMonitor project schedules and support short-term planning activitiesAssist with cost tracking, forecasting, and quantity verificationEnsure work is completed safely and in accordance with project specificationsWork closely with superintendents and project managers to solve field challenges in real timeParticipate in quality control and inspection activities

What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferredInternship or field experience in heavy civil, earthwork, utilities, or infrastructure construction is a plusStrong understanding of construction drawings and specificationsFamiliarity with GPS machine control, surveying, or layout equipment preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced field environmentWillingness to travel or relocate for project assignments if neededDriven, team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow into project leadership
