Job Description

Immediate need for a talented Field Engineer. This is a 12+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Salt Lake City, UT. Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.Job ID: 26-03027 Pay Range: $18-$28/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location). Key Responsibilities:

Provides service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
Diagnoses errors or technical problems and determines proper solutions.
Produces timely and detailed service reports. -Documents processes.
Collects and analyzes performance data to provide technical assistance.
Ties workflow to schedule
Accurately documents solutions related to complex issues
Creates workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved
Troubleshoots and develops technical solutions related to software and setup errors for field engineers, technicians, and customers
Builds positive relationships with customers
Ability to use a ladder

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

1–3 years hands on experience in IT field support, desktop support, or similar roles.
Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware.
Experience with device imaging, deployment tools, and refresh processes.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Excellent customer service and communication skills when supporting end users.
Ability to lift, move, and transport computer equipment as required
