Job Description
Field Engineering AssistantTechwave is seeking an Entry-Level Field Engineering Assistant in Houston, TX to support outside plant (OSP) telecom projects. The role involves assisting with field data collection, site walks, as-built verification, and coordination with engineering teams to support accurate fiber network design.
Requirements:
- Exposure to OSP telecom or utility construction preferred
- Ability to read basic telecom or utility prints preferred
- Willingness to travel and perform field visits, site surveys
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record
