Overview
Job Description
Jackson is the capital metro, so the work is dense and steady, and we need a reliable inspector based in or near the city to keep up with it. With Madison, Ridgeland, and Brandon all close together, you can often line up several stops in one loop instead of driving all over the map.
The task is simple. You go to a property, take a few photos, note whether it looks occupied, and send in a short report from your phone. Most stops take ten to twenty minutes. You pick the orders nearest you and run them whenever it suits your day.
You're paid for every inspection you complete, by direct deposit, and Mississippi is one of the stronger-paying parts of our network. You work as a 1099 independent contractor, so the pace and the hours are yours to decide.
You'll need a dependable vehicle, a valid license, and a smartphone, plus the reliability to hit deadlines and follow each client's instructions. A background check is required. Experience isn't, since we train you for free before your first visit, and you can be working Jackson's open orders right after.
