Field Labor Technician | $18–$23/hr + Overtime | Direct HireLocation: Turner, MEPay: $18–$23 per hourSchedule: 55–60 hours per week | Monday–Friday | Day Shift Travel opportunities with paid hotelsStart ASAPLooking for a hands-on career that gets you outdoors and offers plenty of overtime? We're hiring Field Labor Technicians to support underground utility, sewer rehabilitation, and infrastructure projects throughout Maine.This is a long-term, direct-hire opportunity with paid training, advancement potential, and the chance to build a career in a specialized industry. You'll work alongside experienced crews on projects involving pipeline inspections, sewer maintenance, and trenchless construction, with all travel expenses covered when overnight stays are required. What You'll Do
  • Assist with sewer rehabilitation and underground utility projects*
  • Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment*
  • Support pipeline inspections and trenchless construction operations*
  • Lift, push, pull, and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds*
  • Travel to job sites throughout Maine; overnight stays may be required*
  • Participate in safety meetings and follow all jobsite protocols*
  • Work closely with experienced crews to complete projects safely and efficiently
What We're Looking For
  • Construction, landscaping, logging, or general labor experience preferred*
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn*
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions*
  • Ability to work overtime and travel as needed*
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude*
  • Valid driver's license preferred; CDL holders may qualify for higher pay*
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
