Job Description

As a Field Loss Prevention Generalist, you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding our stores and supporting our teams across a designated region. Reporting to the Divisional Loss Prevention Manager, you'll be a trusted resource for store leaders, helping them understand and implement strategies that reduce shrink, enhance safety, and ensure compliance. This is a field-based position that requires a high level of independence, adaptability, and travel-up to 80%-including overnight stays. You'll be analyzing data, conducting audits, supporting investigations, and training store teams, all while building strong relationships and promoting a culture of integrity and accountability. Execute companywide loss prevention programs to reduce shrink and improve safety.
Analyze store-level shrink data to identify high-risk locations and trends.
Conduct remote audits and field visits to assess compliance and uncover risks.
Collaborate with store managers and field leaders to promote LP awareness.
Assist in investigations of theft, policy violations, and operational losses.
Support the rollout of LP technologies and exception-based reporting tools.
Train store teams on LP policies, theft deterrence, and safety procedures.
Maintain detailed records of shrink trends, investigations, and compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

2-3 years of professional-level LP experience; 3-5 years general experience.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to travel extensively within the division.

Salary Range: $60,300.00-$100,700.00 annually
