Field Marketing & Brand Ambassador – Air Conditioning and Plumbing

United Water Restoration Group of South FL is expanding its services and is currently hiring a Field Marketing & Brand Ambassador to promote our air conditioning and plumbing services.We are looking for a motivated, professional, and energetic individual to help us build relationships, increase brand awareness, and generate new service opportunities throughout the assigned territory.The Field Marketing & Brand Ambassador will represent our company at local businesses, community events, trade shows, and industry functions. This position will focus on developing referral partnerships with real estate professionals, property managers, insurance professionals, general contractors, home inspectors, and other businesses that can refer customers needing air conditioning or plumbing services.The ideal candidate is charismatic, dependable, polished, and comfortable speaking with business owners and customers. This person should be a motivated self-starter who enjoys networking, building long-term relationships, and achieving sales and lead-generation goals.This is a full-time, salary-plus-commission position with uncapped earning potential. The only limit to your income is your effort and results.Your Role and Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory and develop relationships with referral partners, including:
  • Property managers
  • Realtors and real estate professionals
  • Home inspectors
  • General contractors
  • Insurance agents and adjusters
  • Restoration companies
  • Builders and remodelers
  • Commercial property owners and businesses

• Promote the company’s air conditioning, heating, and plumbing services
• Generate qualified leads and new service opportunities
• Visit local businesses and referral sources on a regular basis
• Build strong, professional relationships with business owners and community partners
• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, community events, and promotional activities
• Educate referral partners about our services, service area, and customer benefits
• Follow up consistently with potential referral sources and leads
• Maintain accurate records of all activities, contacts, referrals, and opportunities in the company CRM
• Gather photos, updates, and company news for social media and marketing campaigns
• Provide feedback to company leadership regarding customer needs, market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
• Participate in sales meetings, team calls, and training sessions
• Complete expense reports, monthly activity recaps, time reporting, and other administrative tasks on time

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in field marketing, business development, outside sales, business-to-business sales, customer service, or a related field
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, construction, restoration, home services, or property management is preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, networking, and public-speaking skills
• Professional appearance and a positive, approachable personality
• Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
• Strong follow-up and time-management skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and CRM systems
• Ability to quickly learn new software and company systems
• Social media experience and the ability to create engaging content is preferred, but not required
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to frequently walk, stand, reach, bend, kneel, or stoop
• Ability to use a computer, phone, and other office equipment
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to attend events and visit multiple businesses throughout the day
