Job Description
- Looking for a Field Marketing Specialist (CW) based in Client. As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will assist two US Majors Field Marketing Managers with campaigns end-end, from event brief through post-event reporting.
- In this role, you will align closely with the field marketing and strategic events teams, as well as sales teams, to plan and execute in-person and virtual lead-generating campaigns across the Majors sales organizations.
- Own pre-event and post-event workflows for a high volume of events per quarter, in alignment with the Field Marketing Leads.
- Assist Leads with event ideation and brand alignment, promotion strategy and target metrics, internal and external communications, branded swag fulfilment, logistics and staffing.
- Apply AI and productivity tools to streamline event management and reporting to accelerate lead follow-up and sales communication.
- Own reporting event campaign impact, ROI and budget tracking.
- Manage campaign tracking and related processes to meet operational targets and SLAs.
- Progressively own parts of the event playbook and activation ideas in partnership with the Field Marketing Managers.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing ideally within a B2B environment
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to develop creative campaigns and approaches to solve industry sales team challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at pace, with strong project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, and extreme attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage internal leaders and teams across functions.
- Ability to take initiative with an optimistic “can do” attitude and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Experience with marketing tools such as Wrike, Salesforce, Marketo, or WordPress.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (Client Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Office).
- A creative spark for messaging and design ideas.
- Interest in building alignment and relationships with a large enterprise sales organization.
