🚀 What You’ll Do

• Research and secure high-traffic local events (expos, festivals, retail pop-ups, etc.) to keep our brand in front of homeowners.

• Coordinate 2+ in-person events each week — from booking to execution.

• Negotiate booth space, placement, and logistics for maximum visibility & impact.

• Build and nurture relationships with event organizers, vendors, and venues to keep opportunities flowing.

• Track event performance, share results, and continuously optimize our outreach strategy.

• Rebook successful events to lock in prime spots for the future.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Strong communicator with negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Highly organized multitasker who can manage multiple events at once.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable when things change on the fly.

• Enjoys being out in the community and bringing people together.

• Familiarity with CRM or marketing tools is a plus.

• Ability to travel locally for events as needed.
