Job Description
The Field Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving traffic to our stores through strategic marketing initiatives on a multi-state level. This role is responsible for increasing store sales by implementing targeted marketing strategies that enhance local brand awareness and foster customer loyalty by implementing local store marketing, leading community partner outreach within our regions, and collaborating with and supporting our field teams in meeting their targets.What you will do:Store Support Strategy & Execution
Lead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies across multiple markets, aligned with overall brand and business objectives.Drive the implementation of localized marketing campaigns, promotions, and events, ensuring alignment with brand standards and customer expectations.Strategically manage regional marketing budgets to maximize ROI and support key business initiatives.Analyze campaign performance and regional metrics to generate actionable insights, optimize future initiatives, and inform cross-functional planning.
Community Engagement & Partnerships
Cultivate and manage high-impact relationships with community organizations, nonprofit partners, and local/national influencers to elevate brand visibility and community relevance.Collaborate with Marketing Operations to activate community engagement strategies, including corporate social responsibility initiatives, strategic partnerships, and volunteer programs.Support market entry and expansion efforts by partnering with real estate and government affairs teams to establish proactive community and municipal relationships.
Market Research & Insights
Conduct ongoing research on consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive activity to inform marketing strategy and regional decision-making.Translate insights into strategic recommendations that enhance customer engagement, brand positioning, and market differentiation.
What makes you shine:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Operations, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered.5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing, operations, communications, event planning, or a related discipline; experience in the car wash industry is a plus.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities with precision and efficiency.Proven project management capabilities combined with strategic thinking and effective problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas across various audiences and channels.Demonstrated experience in field marketing is strongly preferred.Customer-centric mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and prioritize them in all initiatives and interactions.Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with a consistent ability to deliver high-quality work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.Solid understanding of marketing principles, the creative development process, and emerging technologies, with the ability to integrate them into comprehensive marketing strategies.Thrives under pressure and adapts quickly to changing priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools is a plus.Willingness to travel at least twice per quarter to support market needs.
