At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

Observe by Snowflake is a high-growth SaaS observability platform built on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud, enabling businesses to troubleshoot modern distributed applications 10x faster. Now, as a core part of Snowflake, we’ve reached a major milestone in the evolution of the Snowflake platform. By bringing AI-powered observability directly into the Snowflake ecosystem, we’ve created the first truly unified platform for telemetry and business data.

We're seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to drive pipeline generation and customer engagement across our West Coast territory. You'll partner closely with sales leadership, account executives, and regional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and execute regional marketing programs including executive roundtables, industry events, partner co-marketing activities, and digital campaigns

  • Build strong partnerships with West Coast sales leaders (AEs, SEs, RVPs) to understand territory priorities and align marketing strategies

  • Own regional pipeline goals and track marketing-sourced opportunities through the funnel

  • Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and budget allocation for the territory

  • Develop targeted account-based marketing (ABM) plays for strategic accounts

  • Collaborate with product marketing, demand gen teams, and partner teams on regional campaign execution

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize programs based on ROI

  • Represent Snowflake at key industry regional events across CA, WA, CO, and surrounding states

  • Assist with execution for major industry corporate events including strategy, booth logistics, staffing schedules, lead capture, shipping, setup, teardown, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of field or demand generation marketing experience in B2B technology/SaaS

  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact

  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with consistent execution reliability

  • Experience building scalable processes and playbooks that improve team efficiency

  • Experience working with sales teams in a quota-carrying environment

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

  • Travel will be required to support regional events and programs
