  • Moss Bros. Auto Group is looking for energetic and dependable Marketing Field Representatives to help grow our brand through neighborhood outreach.Thisroleisprimarily focused on distributing door hangers in targeted neighborhoods to drive traffic to our dealerships. Team members may also assist with community events and off-site promotions when needed.

    Thisis anentry-levelposition withbonusopportunitiesbasedonvehiclesalesfromthe neighborhoods you cover. The more effective your distribution, the greater your bonus potential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Distributedoorhangersandpromotionalmaterialsin assignedneighborhoodson schedule.
    • Accurately track distribution routes to ensure proper coverage.
    • Represent Moss Bros. Auto Group in a professional and positive manner.
    • Support community events, including set-up, tear-down, and guest engagement, as needed.
    • Contribute to dealership success by driving qualified leads through grassroots marketing.

    Compensation:

    • Minimum wage base pay.
    • Bonus opportunities tied directly to vehicle sales from distributed neighborhoods.

    Qualifications:

    • Dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented.
    • Comfortable walking for extended periods and working outdoors.
    • Reliable transportation required.
    • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends for special events.
    • No experience required -training provided.
