Job Description
Duration: 0 to 3 Months, Temp to Hire Shift Time: 8: 30 AM to 5: 30 PM / Monday to Friday Responsibilities: Driving: Yes (Must be able to travel between Miami & Ft. Lauderdale and be flexible to working different job sites) This position will include greeting and checking in visitors, working at the reception desk, monitoring incoming facilities requests, processing meeting bookings, and heavy coordinating catering orders. The position may also include mail and/or administrative responsibilities. The hiring managers prefer to receive with legal experience. Long periods of standing and walking will be required;the role does not take place entirely at the reception desk. The position also may require lifting, but nothing extensive, must be able to lift 25 lbs. And assistance is available. We are looking for an outgoing, preferably with a hospitality background, and the opportunity to become permanent. Will be at different worksites throughout Miami and Ft . Lauderdale. Parking is provided.
