The Field Partner Support team of 8 provides assistance to our partners in the US, Canada, and International Markets. They are an integral part of our larger, world-class customer service team at Sub-Zero. Growth and development are important aspects of this position. Primary Responsibilities
The Field Partner Support Coordinator works with all our Field Partners (Product Distributors, Parts Distributors, Service Companies, Installers) as well as our customers.
Main responsibilities include:
- Handle partner reimbursements and credits/debits as appropriate
- Review claims prior to payment for repairs done in and out of warranty
- Collect customer payments for product replacements and employee sales
- Coordinate product replacements by entering orders, notifying installers and working with warehouse staff to ensure timely installation and product return
- Manage product, sales accessory, and service parts shipment exceptions
- Process financial transactions for our partners and customers
- Work closely with internal departments (Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Supply Chain) as needed to provide a high level of customer service
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years office administration or customer service experience
- Strong financial transaction understanding

This position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended.
