Turning Point USA is a 501(c)(3) grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to educating students about the importance of fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government. With a presence on over 3,500 campuses in all fifty states, Turning Point USA is one of the largest youth organizations in the country. Our primary focus is to identify, educate, train, and empower student activists to stand up for their values on all high school and college campuses. 

Job Description: The Field Program Administrator (FPA) supports Turning Point USA's National Field Program by managing administrative operations that directly serve Field Representatives and Regional Managers. This role plays a critical part in maintaining clean data, ensuring accurate lead routing, supporting chapter operations, and providing consistent administrative support across assigned regions.

The FPA works closely with field leadership, representatives, and internal administrative teams to ensure day-to-day field operations run efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while supporting regional field staff nationwide.

While all FPAs share core administrative responsibilities, this role may also include specialty assignments tied to specific administrative functions or program needs. These specialty responsibilities vary by role and are determined based on team needs, individual strengths, and departmental priorities, and will be discussed during the hiring and onboarding process.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various groups of people. 
  • Knowledge of project management software  (Google Apps, Airtable, HubSpot).
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (X, Instagram, and Facebook).
  • Passion for conservative ideas and principles.
  • Positive and goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and initiative.
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsive, demonstrating ethical and responsible behavior.
  • Flexibility and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines without the need for constant supervision.
  • Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned. 
  • Receives and applies feedback constructively to improve performance. 
  • Effectively reports updates and progress to leadership in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to locations as needed.

  • Experience supporting regional or territory-based teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, Airtable, or similar data management systems.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience supporting field, grassroots, campus, or outreach-based programs.
  • Flexibility to take on specialty responsibilities and adapt to evolving program needs
