Hancock Claims Consultants is a national leader in Ladder Assist and Property Inspection Services, partnering directly with top insurance carriers to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable field inspections.We are expanding our network of independent Field Roof Inspectors for deployment opportunities nationwide. This opportunity is ideal for field professionals seeking a flexible, project-based way to generate revenue without involvement in claim decision-making.If you prefer working in the field, managing your own workload, and completing straightforward inspections, this role offers a simple, repeatable process with consistent opportunity.Scope of Work:- Perform on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties, including: Steep and high roofs (primary focus) Exterior property assessments • Interior inspections, as needed- Capture photos, measurements, and detailed documentation- Submit completed inspection reports in accordance with client guidelinesInspection process: Inspect → Document → SubmitNo estimating. No negotiating.
