Prospect Property Management and Maintenance LLC is a growing property management company serving the Allentown / Lehigh Valley area. We are committed to maintaining well-run properties and supporting strong communities through reliable property operations.
As our portfolio grows, we are looking for a dependable and organized Field Runner to support both field operations and office administration.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, staying organized, and helping a team operate efficiently.
The Role
The Field Operations Runner serves as a utility player for the operations team, helping remove operational friction so property managers, maintenance teams, and leadership can focus on higher-level work.
This position supports both field activities and office tasks, including property access coordination, errands, document handling, and operational support.
The role is based in Allentown, Pennsylvania, with local travel to nearby properties and offices.
What You'll Do
Your daily work will include a variety of operational and administrative tasks such as:
Field Responsibilities
- Meet inspectors, contractors, real estate agents, or residents at properties to provide access
- Assist with move-out inspections when needed
- Perform light property upkeep tasks such as trash pickup or reporting issues
- Visit properties to document conditions or assist the property management team
Operational Errands
- Deliver and pick up documents from courts, offices, and service providers
- Pick up and sort company mail from the post office
- Run business-related errands that support daily operations
Administrative Support
- Scan, organize, and file documents (digital and physical)
- Maintain accurate records of tasks and document handling
- Contact utility companies to activate or transfer services
- Assist the office with general administrative tasks
This role is critical in helping the team keep operations running smoothly across multiple properties.
Requirements

Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to communicate professionally via phone and email
- Basic computer skills (email, scanning, document management)
- Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
- Ability to handle confidential documents responsibly
Previous experience in property management, real estate, operations support, or administrative roles is helpful but not required.
Requirements
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel locally for errands and property visits
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Benefits
Compensation
This is an hourly position.
Typical compensation is $18-20 per hour, depending on experience.
