Field Sales & Brand Representative

Job Overview

Sigma Cannabis is looking for a dependable, people-forward Field Sales & Brand Representative to help introduce our brands across New York. This is an on-the-go role built for someone who is passionate about cannabis, likes meeting people, managing their own day, and keeping things organized while moving through the city.

You'll spend most days visiting dispensaries, supporting retail teams, helping with merchandising, and assisting our early sales efforts. You'll also capture simple field content that helps show how the brand shows up in the real world.

The right person is steady, adaptable, and comfortable being the face of a young company in a growing market.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit licensed dispensaries daily to educate staff, strengthen relationships, and support product placement.
• Deliver clear, approachable budtender walk-throughs and product explanations.
• Maintain consistent, compliant in-store merchandising and brand presence.
• Support pop-ups, training, and small activations throughout NYC.
• Assist the sales team with meeting setup, follow-ups, and account communication
• Capture clean, on-brand field photos/videos for internal and social use.
• Gather market feedback, store insights, and competitive observations.
• Keep account notes and CRM entries accurate and up to date.
• Manage a simple road kit and stay organized while moving between stores.

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Solid time-management and ability to run your own daily field plan.
• Comfortable traveling across NYC every day; minimal remote hours.
• 1–3+ years in field marketing, sales, brand ambassador work, or similar customer-facing roles preferred.
• Confident in front of groups, from one-on-one to small staff trainings.
• Basic understanding of cannabis products; willing to learn NY regulations.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and basic reporting/CRM tools.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license (or reliable NYC transit habits).
• Cannabis experience is helpful but not required.
