Field Sales Representative/ Outside Sales

They are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to drive new business, build strong client relationships, and expand the agency’s presence in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients in the field to promote the agency’s services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
• Present and demonstrate marketing solutions tailored to client needs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and regional revenue goals.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Report sales activity, client feedback, and market trends to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, operations) to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

Preferred:

• Experience in marketing, advertising, or digital media sales.
• Knowledge of local business markets and client needs.
