Job DescriptionRenewable Energy Sales RepresentativeWe are seeking a motivated Renewable Energy Sales Representative to engage with customers, educate them on clean energy solutions, and drive sales through in-person outreach and professional consultations. This role focuses on relationship-based, consultative selling while managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and follow-up.Responsibilities
- Engage potential customers through in-person outreach and scheduled appointments
- Educate homeowners and clients on renewable energy solutions, cost savings, and environmental benefits
- Conduct consultations and product demonstrations
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, follow-ups, and closing
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using CRM tools
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a field-based sales environment
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable
- Ability to manage time independently and stay organized
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
- Reliable transportation
