We’re looking for a high-energy, outgoing, emotionally sharp sales professional who thrives in the field, builds trust quickly and moves fast under pressure. This is more than sales, it’s sales with purpose. You’ll be the first point of contact after fires, floods, or natural disasters, helping families and businesses take their first steps toward recovery. This is face-to-face, field-based, emotionally-charged outside sales that actually matters.
Field Sales Representative$75,000 - $90,000 per year + commission!

What You’ll Do
- Be the first responder from our team after fires, floods, and disasters.
- Quickly assess damage and the client’s needs, offering support and direction.
- Build strong emotional and practical trust with clients.
- Help people begin the restoration process with clarity, urgency, and care.
- Be available during off-hours—because disasters don’t follow a 9–5 schedule.
Qualifications:
- Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most
- Proficient with a variety of current technology
- Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
- Sound planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required
- Relevant experience
- Must be able to prioritize and manage time
- Thrives under high-stress situations
- Enjoys working hard in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Role on the Team
- Responsible for educating the customer on products or services and effectively articulate the use and need
- Monitors interprets and responds to lead sources
- Establish and maintain positive relationships in the local community
- Volunteer non-operational time to related community events
- On-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Achieve and remain current in required certifications
- Provide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner
- Support the office and company in their organizational mission, vision, and values
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in the following areas (any combination): restoration, military, fire services, EMS, police, medical responder, dispatching of emergency responders, construction, insurance
- 2 + years experience in an outside sales role

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
- The physical environment requires the employee to work in all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions
- Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having the ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds
