Target Earnings: $55K - $100K+ (Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions)Benefits + 401K + PTO + Paid HolidaysSales Focus Inc. is hiring Field Sales Representatives to sell A3 Smart Home security systems directly to homeowners.This is a full-time W-2 position with base pay plus uncapped commission, offering strong earning potential and clear growth opportunities.If you enjoy talking with people and want a career where your income reflects your performance, this could be a great fit.Compensation

  • Base pay + uncapped commission
  • On-Target Earnings: $55,000 – $100,000+
  • Bi-Weekly pay

What You’ll Do
  • Speak with homeowners about smart home security systems
  • Educate customers on available solutions
  • Help homeowners select the right system
  • Close sales and schedule installations
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Motivated and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working in residential neighborhoods
  • Reliable transportation
