The Role
We're hiring Field Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a high-income, high-autonomy field role for individuals who enjoy meeting people, solving problems, and working outdoors.
You'll be the face of Blue Ox Exteriors — educating homeowners, performing inspections, and guiding customers through the insurance restoration process after storms.
No roofing or sales experience required. We provide full training, tools, and ongoing support.
What You'll Do
- Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods and generate new leads
- Perform roof and property inspections (training provided)
- Educate homeowners on storm damage and insurance restoration
- Assist customers throughout the insurance claim process
- Build trust through clear communication and a premium customer experience
- Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution

- Comfortable working outdoors and walking roofs (training provided)
