We’re Hiring! Sales Representative for Window Cleaning ServicesAre you a motivated, people-oriented individual with a passion for sales and quality service? Join our team and help expand our customer base through door-to-door sales.Fish Window Cleaning is a trusted provider of professional window cleaning services.Positions Available
* Full-Time:
Monday–Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
* Part-Time:
2–3 days per week, 8:00am to 5:00pm or similar scheduleNote: Part-time compensation will be prorated based on the selected compensation plan.Responsibilities

* Conduct door-to-door sales. Visit stores, shops, and commercial businesses to offer free estimates for window cleaning services.

* Engage with potential customers, explain service benefits, and close deals.

* Follow up consistently on all estimates delivered to close sales.

* Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

* Provide accurate pricing and service details to customers.

* Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.Requirements

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

* Reliable transportation preferred (not required).

* Valid Driver’s License required.

* Willingness to work in the field and visit various businesses.CompensationCompetitive pay structure with two available plans:

Base salary $600/week with 10% commission

Base salary $400/week with 15% commission for candidates who prefer a higher commission model.Note:

We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
