About the Role
We’re hiring a Field Sales Representative (FSR) to own customer acquisition across the Los Angeles metro and North County San Diego areas (Escondido) to bring business into our Commercial Laundromat in Venture, CA and Public Laundromat in Escondido, CA. You’ll spend more than half your week in the field — walking properties, knocking doors, sitting across from decision-makers, and closing accounts that drive recurring revenue for Hampr. You’ll be the face of the brand in your territory.

Compensation
Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, rewarding strong performers for the growth they generate. Total eligible compensation at 100% is $145,000 - $165,000.
