How You'll Shape Our Success
As a Field Service Planning Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience — keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes so our field teams can show up and deliver every time. From managing schedules for new and existing customers to jumping on urgent requests and overseeing repairs, your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and safety. If you love bringing order to a fast-moving environment and take pride in getting the details right, this role is where you'll thrive.
What You'll Take Ownership Of
- Client Communication - Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email, providing clear product and service information and handling repair requests efficiently.
- Inventory and Scheduling Oversight - Manage monthly inventory lists, ensure all items requiring service are scheduled following PO/payment collection, and document reasons for any missed items.
- Service Coordination - Organize and schedule field service work orders, prioritizing tasks to ensure the most efficient and timely service delivery.
- Order Review and Assignment - Review daily field service orders, assign tasks to technicians, and monitor job progress to ensure timely completion.
- Issue Resolution - Identify, investigate, and resolve client or technician issues that arise during service delivery, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in field service, customer service, or scheduling/coordination (a combination of education and experience may meet requirements).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, shift priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Critical thinker and problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and scheduling/coordination platforms; ability to quickly learn new systems and train others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
