OverviewKingline Equipment is seeking a skilled and motivated Equipment Technician to join our team in Nashville, GA. This position involves mobile repair and maintenance of agricultural and construction equipment, with a focus on quality diagnostics, efficiency, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities· Perform mobile repair and general maintenance on agricultural and construction equipment
· Diagnose and repair equipment efficiently using proper troubleshooting methods
· Utilize electronic service tools and manufacturer resources
· Complete and submit accurate work orders in a timely manner
· Maintain a clean, organized service truck and assist in shop cleanliness
· Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
· Respond promptly to customer needs and handle service concerns professionally
Requirements· Minimum 2 years experience in a like trade
· Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
· Ability to work independently in a mobile environment
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
· Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
· Good eyesight (correctable to 20/20) and normal hearing for diagnostics
· Must pass pre-employment drug screening
Preferred Qualifications· Experience with agricultural or construction equipment
· Familiarity with OEM diagnostic tools and systems
· Willingness to participate in ongoing training and certification programs
Work Expectations· Follow all safety procedures and company policies
· Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
· Participate in weekly reviews of service trends, comebacks, and updates
· Continue developing technical knowledge through training
