Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician IV to provide on-site and remote IT support in a fast-paced environment. This role supports a diverse user base, including executive-level staff, and requires strong technical troubleshooting skills and a high level of customer service.
This is a hands-on role supporting hardware, software, networking, and end-user systems.
- Provide technical support to local and remote users for hardware, software, and network issues
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve or escalate issues as needed
- Support conference rooms and audio/visual systems
- Provide high-level support to executive leadership
- Manage moves, adds, and changes for end-user hardware
- Configure new systems and support workstation upgrades/replacements
- Support mobile devices and VoIP phones
- Troubleshoot printer issues
- Track and document work in ticketing systems
- Create and update knowledge base documentation
- Provide occasional after-hours support as needed
Required Skills:
- CompTIA Security+
- Windows 10/11 support
- Microsoft applications and MS365 including Teams, Intune, and OneDrive
- Active Directory experience
- SCCM for software deployment
- VPN troubleshooting
- ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Remote support tools
Qualifications:
- High School diploma and 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting C-Suite executives
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to travel between local sites
Requirements:
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance

Pay Range: $36.00 - $41.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
