Qualifications

Ability to operate vehicles and diagnostic equipment
Valid driver's license and CDL
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in ag equipment
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Excellent workflow planning and organizational skills
Strong customer service skills

Preferred:

5+ years of experience performing service repairs

The Role

Schedule: Full‑time, primarily outside the dealership with flexible hours. After‑hours and on‑call support is required.

As a Field Service Technician, you will:

Review your schedule and travel to on‑site jobs in a fully equipped service vehicle
Diagnose and repair agricultural equipment such as tractors and combines
Provide clear communication and outstanding customer service
Perform preventive maintenance and utilize advanced diagnostic tools
Keep detailed work records and follow all safety procedures
Maintain a clean and orderly mobile workspace
Offer after‑hours support as needed to keep customers running
