$24–$30/hour | Direct Hire Opportunity

We are seeking skilled Field Service Technicians to join our team! This is a direct hire position with opportunities for domestic and international travel supporting innovative industrial equipment and systems.

Position Overview

The Field Service Technician will provide high-quality on-site and remote technical support for plastic palletizing systems, polymer pump systems, and filtration equipment. This role acts as a technical representative for customers, ensuring successful installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for equipment installation, maintenance, and repair

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers

• Perform equipment installations and start-ups at customer locations

• Train customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems

• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, parts, and sales teams to deliver customer-focused solutions

• Complete service reports, expense reports, and documentation in a timely manner

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Technical training or experience in:

• • • Electrical systems (single-phase, three-phase, low voltage)

    • Logic circuits

    • Electric motors, gears, and mechanical systems

• Experience using precision tools and testing equipment (micrometers, multimeters, etc.)

• Prior field service experience preferred

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in plastics processing or rotational molding

• Experience with global travel

• E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) degree or automation/maintenance experience

• Multi-language skills a plus

Work Schedule

• Monday – Friday

• Occasional weekends and holidays as needed

• Frequent domestic and international travel required
