We are seeking a highly skilled, customer-focused Field Service Technician with strong experience in electrical/electronic troubleshooting to deliver world-class technical support and service for advanced industrial X-ray systems.

What You'll Do:
As an NSI Field Service Technician, you will:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial X-ray equipment.
Diagnose and service electrical and electronic controls, PCs, PLCs, and motion control systems.
Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
Ensure equipment performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Represent NSI with professionalism and technical excellence at customer facilities.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking qualified candidates who bring:
Strong experience in electrical/electronic troubleshooting
Knowledge of PC systems, PLCs, and motion controls
A proactive, customer-first mindset
The ability and willingness to travel to customer sites.
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
A commitment to safety and technical precision
Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings and background checks

Compensation Information:
The pay range for this position is $33 - $40 an hour, depending on geography, education and experience.
