Job Description

Our client located approximately 20 minutes outside Keene, NH is looking for a Field Service Technician to join their team! Your qualifications for the Field Service Technician position are as follows:

2-5 years in a field service or hands-on technical role
Secondary schooling in engineering or trades preferred
Self-starter who can plan and organize daily work schedule independently
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
Willing to travel 25-50%, both domestically and internationally; passport required

Benefits you will receive as the Field Service Technician:

$55K-$75K/year, depending on experience

For the Field Service Technician position your duties will include:

Travel to assigned locations to introduce and maintain company products and services with existing and prospective customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Prepare and present service quotes and/or preventative maintenance plans to customers
Install and set up systems at customer sites; provide field demonstration, training, preventative maintenance, and repair services
Interface with key internal teams to meet customer requirements
Other tasks as assigned
