Job Description

Immediate need for a talented Field Service Technician. This is a 06 months Contract to Hire opportunity and is located in Arnold, MO(Onsite). What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Previous experience in field services dispatch requiring travel, hands-on experience with repair of laptops, desktops and printers
What will the work schedule be for this position? 5 days 40hr a week with OT/weekends and afterhours required
Will there be OC (on call)? Yes, rotation based
Will there be shift differentials? No
How many overall years of experience should this person have? 1-2 years hands on is preferred
Do they need any specific certifications or education? CompTIA A is required, other manufacturer’s certs such as Fuji, Lenovo, Lexmark etc. are nice to have.
If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $23/hr
How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? Varies, 50 - 150 depending on case. PLEASE ENSURE CANDIDATES ARE COMFORTABLE WITH THIS AMOUNT OF DRIVING.
What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? 20 miles
What is the exact work location or city, state, or zip? Arnold, MO 63010, tech will dispatch from their home address
