Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to service commercial tires both in the shop and in the field. This position involves roadside service calls, troubleshooting, and performing tire repairs and replacements on a variety of equipment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:Service commercial tires including mounting and dismounting all typesPerform roadside service calls and on-site repairsDiagnose tire issues and determine repair vs replacementRespond to customer service calls in a timely and professional mannerTroubleshoot issues independently in the fieldOperate tire tools and equipment safelyMaintain and clean service equipmentFollow OSHA and all company safety guidelinesPerform physical labor including lifting, standing, bending, and working for extended periods

Requirements:Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role2 4 years of tire experience (commercial, OTR, construction, AG, etc.) preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionValid driver s license requiredASE/TIA certification preferred or willingness to obtainHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetAbility to handle physically demanding work and work in various environments
