- This Field Service Technician role is based at a dedicated site in a regulated laboratory environment.
- You’ll work consistently in one location, building familiarity with the equipment, systems, and day-to-day operations—rather than rotating between sites.
- Lift, carry, and move equipment weighing 50–100 lbs while standing and walking for most of the day
What You'll Take Ownership Of
- Perform testing, certification, calibration, and repairs across different lab environments with a strong focus on quality
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs, communicate clearly, and make sure the job is done right
- Build strong relationships and be the main point of contact for customers on site
- Complete reports and required paperwork on time to keep projects on track and clients update

What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree is a plus)
- Background in customer service and some mechanical or electrical experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technical work
- Good communication, basic math skills, and comfort using Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently, manage your time, and travel (including some overnights)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
