Job Description
- Perform restoration services at customer sites (pickup, delivery, on-site cleaning, and job support).
- Drive company vehicles safely to transport equipment, supplies, and customer items.
- Assist in the warehouse with sorting, cleaning, inventory, packing, and equipment upkeep.
- Follow job schedules, complete paperwork or app-based job logs, and communicate clearly with the team.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment both in the field and warehouse.
- Deliver excellent customer service while representing FRSTeam professionally.
- Support team leads and develop skills toward potential management responsibilities.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required).
- Ability to lift, move, and carry items up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible to work both in the field and warehouse as needed.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Previous restoration, moving, cleaning, or warehouse experience preferred (but not required).
- Opportunity to move into Crew Lead or Operations Management roles.
- Training provided on technical restoration processes, customer service, and leadership development.
