Job Description
TradeWorX is hiring multiple Grounds Maintenance Laborers for immediate work in the Wintersville, OH area. This position involves mowing, weed spraying, and general outdoor labor. Candidates should be dependable, able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and willing to work a consistent overtime schedule.Benefits & PTO (TradeWorX):

- Approximately 50 hours per week
- Overtime opportunities available
- Monday-Friday
- 5: 00 AM start time
- Hours may fluctuate based on workload
- Immediate start
- Operate commercial mowing equipment
- Spray weeds and perform vegetation control
- Complete general grounds maintenance tasks
- Follow safety procedures and site requirements
- Assist with cleanup and labor support as needed
- Previous outdoor labor or landscaping experience preferred
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to the Wintersville, OH area
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable with early morning start times
- Experience with mowing, landscaping, or grounds maintenance
- Safety-conscious and able to work independently
- Ready to start immediately
