We pride ourselves in our core values: Safe, Simple, Transparent, Growth, Humble, and Attention to Detail.About the RoleField Tester I primarily focuses on physical vehicle testing in controlled test environments and off-site locations.All levels require individuals who are mentally and physically comfortable learning how to operate and test construction/heavy equipment during a two-week on-site ramp-up period.Job DutiesField Tester I Responsibilities:Execute manual test plans on autonomous vehicles in real-world environments.Operate and control heavy equipment and test vehicles under various conditions.Work closely with scrum teams to conduct user-acceptance testing for software releases.Identify, document, and report defects using JIRA and Jama (bug tracking tools).Collect and analyze test data to validate system functionality.Assist in on-site and off-site testing, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.Regularly lift and carry test equipment as needed.
