Job Description
TradeWorX is hiring Field Welders with rigging experience for a high-priority plant outage project in Central PA (Milton area). This is a heavy overtime opportunity supporting ironworkers on structural work, with immediate start and strong earning potential.Benefits & PTO (TradeWorX)

- Time and a half after 40 hours
- 60+ hours per week during outage
- Project-based with strong overtime potential
- Field welding (MIG / Stick –D1.1 preferred)
- Rigging support for structural steel placement
- Assisting ironworkers with connections and installs
- Working at heights and in active industrial environment
- Supporting outage-critical timelines and production
- Welding experience in field environments
- Proven rigging experience on structural or industrial jobs
- D1.1 welding experience preferred
- Comfortable working at heights and around steel erection
- Full welding gear and basic hand tools
- Ability to work heavy overtime schedule
- Reliable transportation
- Drug screen required
