Job DetailsFILE CLERK (PART-TIME, TEMPORARY, FULLY REMOTE!!)A respected Minneapolis trial firm is seeking a detail-oriented, part-time File Clerk to support its busy litigation practice on a temporary basis through the end of 2026. This is a great fit for someone who is sharp, pays extreme attention to detail, and enjoys being part of a cohesive team. Training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary - though any legal administrative education or experience is a plus.Responsibilities

• * Receive and process electronic court filings, entering them into the firm's system
• * Circulate filings to the appropriate attorneys, paralegals, and legal administrative staff
• * Work closely with the legal team to keep a very busy practice well organized

Qualifications

• * No experience required - will be trained
• * Extreme attention to detail
• * Strong organizational skills
• * Comfortable learning and working within a firm's electronic systems
• * Team-oriented and dependable
• * Any legal administrative education or experience a plus, but not required
