Job Description
Job SummaryPersonnel Resources has immediate openings for Filler Operators at a manufacturing company in Brundidge, AL. The ideal candidate will possess previous manufacturing experience and an extensive attention to detail. This position has a starting pay of $15 per hour and will work 1st or 2nd shift hours.
Duties & Requirements:
- Calibrate, adjust, and operate automated filling and packaging machinery according to production schedules and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Inspect filled containers for proper fill levels, weight, volume, and secure capping. Check labels, lot codes, and packaging.
- Accurately complete production logs, quality control sheets, and inventory records for traceability.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs, good hand eye coordination and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow recipe guidelines accurately and operate computer system on the filler machine.
