Final Assembler

DO & CO is currently seeking a Final Assembler to join its growing team. We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, inspirational team member here in Romulus! Responsibilities: Assemble all trolleys, carriers and other required items for flights according to airline specifications on a flight by flight basis. Ensure the exact number of trolleys; carriers and other supplies are assembled for each flight at all times. Ensure that all trolleys and carriers are labeled correctly. Ensure stock of trolleys and carriers is replenished at all times. Perform hands-on training for other final assemblers as necessary. Coordinate with food packers and supervisors to ensure accuracy, specification adherence and supply of each individual trolley / carrier. Prepare correct paperwork for the Equipment and Beverage packing according to company guidelines. Accomplish goals and objectives while adhering to Food Safety regulations. Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook. Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
