M&T Enterprises is seeking a full-time Final Grade Operator (Residential Basement) for our basement department. This role requires the knowledge to operate all kinds of heavy equipment, such as an excavator, skidster, front-end loader, and mini ex in the field properly. The hours for this job will work Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 5 PM.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate excavators and small machinery to final grade residential basements
Maintain an aggressive schedule to finish all jobs on time
Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring that each one is properly taken care of and in good working order

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in the construction industry
Valid driver's license
Ability to operate heavy equipment
Dependable and detail-oriented
