Finance/Accounting AnalystMadison, MS, 39110$27.00 /Hour - $29.00/hourJob Responsibilities •Consolidates invoices for supply chain using Concur•Provides administrative support to the accounting and supply chain members.•Applies general knowledge of accounting/financial policies and procedures when responding to specific questions and non-routine problem resolution.•Maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.•Utilize MS office suite, SAP, Concur and other applications.•Perform other duties as assigned or required.Job Qualifications (preferred)•Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting and 4 years of related work experience OR education/work experience equivalent.•Working experience with Excel, SAP, and Concur is highly desired.•Ability to learn and apply basic accounting concepts, to follow company policies and procedures, and to apply appropriate tools of the accounting profession to accurately complete standard accounting tasks.•Ability to use established formats to produce accurate, appropriate accounting documentation.•May be required to present accounting data.•Must have demonstrated computer literacy with knowledge of computer accounting software and applications.•Must have good interpersonal skills including ability to communicate clearly with other professionals.Qualifications:•H/S Diploma AND 0-1+ years of relevant experience•1+ years in experience using SAP•1+ years of experience in a supplier-facing role.•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:•Experience leading small teams.•Ability to regularly interface with internal business partners and vendors/suppliers;•Experience using SAP Concur•3+ years of experience within the Aerospace & Defense industry with an emphasis in aviation support services.
