Sales Administrator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our fast-paced, team-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who is clerically strong, organized, eager to learn, and able to adapt quickly in a high-volume workplace.

No prior experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing purchase paperwork and vehicle transaction documentation
• Support workflow for trade-in paperwork and title-related documents
• Prepare and organize finance and lease contract paperwork
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documents are completed correctly and efficiently
• Communicate with sales, finance, and management teams to keep deals moving smoothly
• Provide administrative support in a fast-paced office setting
• Help maintain compliance and organization throughout the sales process

Compensation & ScheduleThis is a full-time salaried position 40 hours per week, with weekly compensation of $1,000 and eligibility for a weekly bonus.
