This role involves engaging in low to moderately complex tasks, providing valuable insights, and collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly on W2.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operational Accounting or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and select alternatives for low-to-medium risk deliverables.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and develop an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with supplier enablement and Ariba operations.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft and system migration processes.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve escalated and complex questions from internal and external stakeholders.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Participate in supplier setup and maintenance requests and monitor supplier mismatch reports.
- Independently handle escalations, report system defects, and complete requirements for system enhancements.
- Conduct monthly system testing efforts and manage system clean-up projects.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and transaction processes.
