Finance and Accounting Intern

Who We Want

• Perform reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking
• Assist with the development, preparation, and analysis of cash flow forecasts and annual budgets
• Assist with developing and completing internal reports through the ERP system and Power BI
• Collaborate to streamline processes and improve workflows

What You Need

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity, discretion, and a high degree of trustworthiness.

Duration & Employment Type

• Part-time (up to 20 hours) with potential to work part/full-time Summer 2026
• On-site only
