City Auto Group is one of the fastest-growing automotive dealership groups in the Midwest, and we are actively looking for a driven, customer-focused Automotive Finance Manager / F&I Manager to join our high-performing Volkswagen dealership team.
Established in 2019, City Auto Group was built differently. Responsibilities
- Present finance and insurance products to customers in a professional and compliant manner
- Structure automotive finance deals and secure lender approvals
- Maintain compliance with all dealership, state, and federal regulations
- Maximize F&I profitability while delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Offer and explain protection products including:
- Vehicle Service Contracts (VSCs)
- GAP
- Maintenance plans
- Tire & wheel protection
- Ancillary products
- Work closely with sales managers, lenders, and customers throughout the vehicle purchase process
- Ensure accurate completion of all finance paperwork and contracts
- Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat and referral business
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an F&I Manager, Automotive Finance Manager, Finance Producer, Desk Manager, or Automotive Sales Manager preferred
- Automotive dealership experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of automotive lending, compliance, contracts, and dealership finance operations
- Proven ability to build customer trust and deliver exceptional customer service
- Strong communication, leadership, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and team-oriented mindset
- High level of accountability and professionalism
- Valid driver’s license required
