We’re expanding our fast-growing Business Development Center and looking for motivated individuals ready to build a rewarding career in the automotive industry. No Finance /BDC experience? No problem! If you have the right attitude and a passion for customer service, we’ll train you for success.
Strong base pay + commission = unlimited earning potentialBilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply!
What You’ll Do
As a Finance /BDC Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — setting the tone for an exceptional experience.
You will:
Respond to internet and phone leads quickly and professionally
Connect with customers and identify their vehicle needs through active listening
Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments
Follow proven call and email scripts to maximize success
Maintain relationships with previous customers
Conduct customer follow-up and satisfaction surveys
Help drive traffic and revenue to the dealership
Your role is critical to our dealership’s success — and your earning potential grows with your performance.
What We’re Looking For
We want team players who are:
Positive and enthusiastic Strong communicators (verbal and written) Organized and able to multitask Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone Professional in appearance and attitude Basic computer proficient
Preferred but not required:
Finance /BDC or call center experience
Automotive industry experience
Bilingual skills
